For years, I’ve dealt with dry, cracked hands. I decided to try Nursem, and finally, my hands are looking good again! I don’t find it pricey since it actually does the job. And honestly, I don’t get why folks complain about the scent; it’s not bad at all.

This pricey stuff did absolutely nothing for my skin, which is suffering from being washed too much. A moisturizing handwash from the grocery store worked way better, and to top it off, this one smells terrible. Plus, both bottles I got had leaking pumps.

Just wanted to give a quick update on my earlier review and mention that Nursem hasn't addressed this problem. The hand cream itself is fantastic—non-greasy and super easy to put on. However, it’s pretty pricey, so you’d think you could use nearly all of it. The issue is that the pump tube is way too short, making it impossible to get to the cream at the bottom of the bottle. I ended up having to cut open the bottles, which isn’t exactly what I wanted to do, just to get to the leftover cream (and trust me, there’s a good bit left). Over time, I’ve bought 8 bottles, and I’ve had to do the same with all of them.

I'm really into this item, and I appreciate the principles and values of this brand.

As an ICU nurse, I’m constantly washing my hands. I've struggled with sore, red skin after all that washing. This cream is truly a game changer, and I wholeheartedly recommend it—it's just fantastic!

Fantastic support from the team! I'm a big fan of Nursem products. Recently, I began using a 300ml Hand Cream bottle, but the pump was acting up. After dispensing a tiny bit, it just wouldn't budge anymore. I shot a message to Nursem's customer service to see if they could help. They got back to me super quick and straight away offered to send a replacement for the faulty pump. Just 24 hours later, it's already on its way. Absolutely top-notch customer service!

I totally suggest giving their hand creams a go! My hands have seen a big improvement since I started using the cream every day. At first, I wasn't too fond of the scent, but it's really grown on me. Considering the price, these products are absolutely worth checking out!

This is by far the best hand cream I've ever used. I carry it around the house with me since I apply it daily, and nothing else I've tried even comes close to how well it works. After discovering this brand, I won't be buying any other hand cream again. I really appreciate their values, being cruelty-free while offering such a high-quality product at a fraction of the cost of others (plus you get three times more!) and still giving back to medical professionals with each sale is just fantastic. I struggled with dry, cracked hands no matter what hand cream I tried until I discovered Nursem. Now, my hands feel soft and well-moisturized, and those painful chaps are gone. The cream absorbs beautifully. I also picked up the caring skin fix to use at night. From now on, I won’t be using anything else but Nursem. It's a fantastic product, and the company has great ethics, supporting our N.H.S as well.

I got the hand wash and cream combo for my son-in-law. Being a mechanic, his hands get pretty rough from all the work, often chapped and even bleeding from those harsh chemical cleaners, especially when he has to wash them so much. After just a few days of using this product, he’s already noticed a huge difference in how his hands feel.
